Miami’s top cop cuffed during spat with wife, shoots self in head hours later

Authorities released bodycam video Wednesday of Miami-Dade Police Director Alfredo “Freddy” Ramirez getting handcuffed at a Tampa hotel hours before he shot himself in the head.
