Oklahoma judge arrested in Texas after firing shots at parked vehicles and crashing into another vehicle

Oklahoma Judge Brian Lovell was arrested in Austin, Texas, after allegedly firing shots at parked vehicles while driving and intentionally crashing into a woman’s vehicle.
