Vermont agrees to $4.5 million settlement with Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center abuse victims

Vermont will pay a settlement of $4.5 million to abuse victims from a former juvenile rehabilitation center. Some of the plaintiffs claimed to be mentally and sexually abused.
